I've ordered an item, and there are no updates on my tracking number. How can I find out the ETA?

UniUni can only provide accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA) after receiving the package from the vendor. If a tracking number hasn't been updated, it may indicate that the vendor is still processing the order. Customers are advised to contact the vendor directly for the latest status of their shipment. Once UniUni receives the package, they will update the tracking information and provide an ETA.

My parcel status says misrouted, what does that mean?

This means your package was accidentally sent to another warehouse in a different city during the sorting process. Once the package arrives at this location, it will be forwarded by either Canada Post or USPS to complete delivery to the destination address. This process happens automatically, and no action is required on your part. Unfortunately, your package will be delayed due to this error. However, when the package status shows "Transfer Complete," you can be assured that it is en route to its destination.

My package was delivered to the wrong address, is lost/stolen, or is missing. What should I do?

If you haven't received your package, or if it was delivered to the wrong address, lost, stolen, or missing, please follow these steps:

1. Verify Delivery Status: Interact with our chatbot at www.uniuni.com to verify your package status. If the chatbot identifies an issue, it will create a support ticket for you.

2. Check with Others: Verify with neighbors, building management, or mail room/lobby staff if the package was misplaced.

1. Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged package and its contents.

2. Submit a Support Ticket: Visit www.uniuni.com/support/ to submit a ticket. Please include your tracking number, damage photos, and a detailed description of the issue.

3. Investigation: Our team will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution. Providing all relevant details will help us resolve the matter quickly and effectively.
